The Bomb Response Unit located 10 suspicious devices on Newry Street in Fitzroy North on Friday and Saturday.
According to police, all the devices were “secured” by the bomb squad.
A 22-year-old Fitzroy North man has been charged with multiple offenses over the incident, including manufacturing an explosive substance without lawful excuse.
He will appear in Melbourne Magistrates Court today.
