The Maid star and the Bleachers musician are engaged, confirms a source in E! News. The news of the engagement comes days after 27-year-old Margaret was seen with a diamond spark on her ring finger while promoting her new film, Stars At Noon, at the Cannes Film Festival in France.
On May 25, Margaret joined co-star Joe Alwyn in the premiere of her film in a black Chanel dress. As she posed for the photos on the red carpet, she kept her left hand tucked between the ruffles of her dress, though viewers saw a brief glimpse of the ring as Margaret entered the Palais des Festivals convention center.
A day later, the actress, who is the daughter of Andie MacDowell and Paul Qualley, had the same ring during a roundtable for the romantic thriller, which tied with Close for the festival’s Grand Prix. For the occasion, Margaret again dressed from head to toe in black, with silver earrings and a delicate belt that matched the ball in her left hand.
