Master P is “overwhelmed with grief” after announcing that his 29-year-old daughter Tytyana Miller has died after battling “mental illness” and “substance abuse.”
“Our family is in overwhelming grief over the loss of my daughter Tytyana,” Master P, 52, wrote in a heartbreaking Instagram post Sunday night. “We respectfully ask for some privacy so that our family can cry.”
The “Bourbon And Lacs” rapper added that he is grateful to those who have supported him while he and his family mourn the loss of their little one, and added that Tytyana was dealing with mental health issues and substance abuse.
“We appreciate all the prayers of love and support,” he wrote. “Mental illness and substance abuse are a real problem that we can’t be afraid to talk about.”
He added: “With God, we will overcome this. #My angel.”
Master P’s 32-year-old son Romeo also shared that his sister was crying in a post on his own Instagram account.
“We appreciate all the prayers, love and support, and while these are sad times, I am forever grateful for the memories I had with my amazing sister,” she wrote Sunday. “Love your loved ones, life is short. The silver lining, I know it is in a better place and finally in peace and free. God bless you.”

Master P shared Tytyana with his separated wife, Sonya C. They also have six children together: Romeo, Italy, 23, Inty, 29, Vercy, 30, Hercy, 20, and Mercy, 16. He is also 25 years old. -old daughter, Cymphonique, of a previous relationship.
He and Sonya C were married in 1989, but she filed for divorce in 2013. In 2021, they legally declared themselves single.
