Australian basketball star Matthew Dellavedova has forced his way back into the NBA after a season away from the league.
After a year in the NBL, the 31-year-old has signed a one-year contract with the Sacramento Kings, after training with the team last week in Las Vegas.
Dellavedova will be reunited with new Sacramento head coach Mike Brown, with whom he played in Cleveland, including winning the championship in 2016.
Dellavedova will likely fight for a spot on the bench, with the Kings loaded with young stars manning the point guard position.

The Australian averaged 10.6 PPG, 4.9 APG and 3.0 RPG for Melbourne in the NBL last season.
Last time he was in the NBA, Dellavedova battled through injury and played just 13 games for Cleveland in the 2020/21 season.
Dellavedova has played 447 regular-season games in the league over eight years with the Cavaliers and Bucks.
