The queen first met her great-granddaughter Lilibet after inviting Harry and Meghan to a private luncheon with members of the royal family during the platinum jubilee celebrations.
The Duke and Duchess of Sussex presented their daughter to the monarch, who was nicknamed Lilibet when she was a child, at Windsor Castle yesterday.
The event was held behind closed doors after Trooping the Color, when thousands of people descended on the shopping center in central London.
Lilibet turns one year old tomorrow, but no photos are expected of a birthday party at Frogmore’s house.
Harry and Meghan are said to want to keep a low profile this weekend to avoid overshadowing the queen.

Royal commentator Omid Scobie told BBC Breakfast: “I spoke to people close to the couple … who said they wanted to be as discreet as possible during this trip.
“It’s almost hard to believe, but I think Trooping the Color was a great example yesterday. We didn’t really see them on TV.”
He added that the couple maintained a “warm and close” relationship with the Queen and that last night in Windsor would have been the first time Her Majesty had met her namesake in person.
He said: “These moments with Lilibet are very private between them and the queen.”
Harry has only visited the United Kingdom on a few occasions since Lilibet was born and did not take his family with him.
He is embroiled in a legal dispute with the UK Home Office over the security of his Met Police, who was fired when he left as a working member of the royal family and moved to the United States.

He was reportedly given “cast iron guarantees” that his family would be safe in the UK over the four-day jubilee weekend.
The Queen sent a car and a security detail to pick them up after they arrived in the UK on Wednesday night.
The couple attended Trooping the Color yesterday, although they did not appear on the balcony of Buckingham Palace, which was only reserved for the royal family.
Today they are scheduled to attend the Thanksgiving service at St. Paul’s Cathedral.
The queen herself will not attend after suffering “discomfort” during yesterday’s events.
Prince Andrew has also retired after testing positive for coronavirus, although he was never expected to accompany the queen after he was effectively expelled from the royal family following his sexual abuse case.
