Men stole a scooter from the Huddersfield Sainsbury car park

A MAN was surrounded by four men with balaclavas and masks and then his scooter was stolen.

West Yorkshire Police have lodged an appeal following the theft at Sainsbury’s car park in Upperhead Row, Huddersfield.

It happened shortly after 2.45pm on Tuesday.

The victim was approached by four other men whose faces were covered with various objects.

They surrounded him and grabbed his scooter keys before stealing the vehicle.

Two of the suspects were seen running, while the other two were seen riding the stolen scooter on Upperhead Road and into the pedestrian area in front of Huddersfield Bus Station.

The scooter was later recovered from the Newsome area of ​​Huddersfield.
