A fight broke out outside Macy Brown’s cocktail bar in Middlesbrough that left a man with a stab wound.
Two hours earlier, also on Linthorpe Road, a fight broke out near the 24-hour store, and another man was stabbed.
The two incidents are believed to be unrelated, according to police, who have opened investigations into both.

Here are the details of the two attacks:
- The first incident took place around 1.10am on Sunday 29 May. A 28-year-old man was injured after a reported altercation at the store 24 hours a day at the intersection of Linthorpe Road and Granville Road. Two men were reportedly involved before others jumped. The victim was stabbed, which is not believed to be life-threatening.
- The second incident took place at around 2.55am on Linthorpe Road, outside the Macy Browns cocktail bar, where a 21-year-old man was also stabbed in an altercation, again not believed to have threatened the life.
A Cleveland police spokeswoman said: “The two men were taken to hospital for further treatment. Cleveland police detectives do not believe the two incidents are related at this time, but investigations are ongoing. course “.
