Police say a motorcyclist has been transported to a trauma center after a collision in Pickering, Ontario.
In a tweet at 6:17 p.m., Friday, Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) said the collision occurred on the westbound lanes of 401 Highway at Brock Road.
The OPP sergeant. Kerry Schmidt said officers are in the process of closing West 401 from Westney Road.

Schmidt said there are “severe delays” in the area.
“The air ambulance is also landing and will transport the rider to a trauma center,” he said.
