While it’s likely to be expected, hear the news that Naughty Dog creative leader Neil Druckmann is, in fact, working on a new game.
He dropped the craze as he talked about the new remake of The Last of Us at the Summer Games Fest and said that while it’s “too early” to talk about it, there’s a good chance it’ll be a feature of one of the future performances of Geoff Keighley’s Summer Games Fest. .
He also fired a small shot at the PlayStation arc in response to the leak overnight of The Last of Us Part I, suggesting he could talk about the new game if someone from Sony wanted to leak it.

During the presentation, Druckmann also shed some light on the upcoming multiplayer project set in the universe of The Last of Us, which has apparently grown dramatically in scope. He also gave a first look at the HBO television series, in particular, a photograph of an episode he directed himself.
While we’re sure speculation will skyrocket about exactly what Druckmann might be working on, it’s sure to be some time before we learn more about the project.
