Sky News political editor Andrew Clennell says Climate Change and Energy Minister Chris Bowen is a “strong figure” who has once again stood out today during his speech at the National Press Club.
“Chris Bowen said Labor had won a‘ climate election ’,” Clennell said.
“And Bowen said that when parliament resumes in less than a month, it will reduce taxes on electric vehicles and introduce the Climate Change Goal bill.”
