Sky News host Peta Credlin says Victorian Prime Minister Daniel Andrews has reached a “new low” after his government’s Environmental Protection Authority was “attacked” by Victoria’s ombudsman .

The Authority has been criticized for allowing undisclosed amounts of toxic soil from the state’s West Gate Tunnel project to be poured into communities in West Melbourne.

“What this report reveals is that instead of consulting parents who were understandably concerned about the hazardous chemicals in the toxic soil that polluted the waterways around their children’s schools, the EPA evaded its community obligations.” said Mrs. Credlin.

“Instead, a well-written ‘factual information’ is posted hidden on your website.”
