One gang launched two “unprovoked attacks” and left three teenagers injured.
At around 6.30pm last night, Friday 27 May, a 17-year-old man was attacked by a group of men near Tebay Retail Park in Bromborough and hit in the head with a gun. Shortly afterwards, two 16-year-old men were in Eastham Country Park when they were approached by what is believed to be the same group of men and were assaulted.
The group was dressed in black and had their faces covered. Adolescents received medical treatment for head, hand and leg injuries that are not believed to be life-threatening.

Witnesses and CCTV are being investigated and investigated. Detective Inspector Ruth Tickle said: “It appears to be two unprovoked attacks by the same group of men.
“We’re making inquiries and we would ask anyone who was in the area of Tebay Retail Park or Eastham Country Park last night to see or hear anything suspicious or to have information that could help the investigation to contact We.
“We would also ask anyone who has captured anything on the command camera to get in touch, as it may help our investigation.”
