One person died after a shooting early Sunday morning in St. Louis. Catharines, Ontario.
The Niagara Regional Police Service said officers responded to reports of a shooting around 3:40 a.m. in the Pleasant Avenue and Lake Street area.
Officers said they found three victims at the scene. One person was pronounced dead while two others were taken to hospital.
One of the two injured suffered serious injuries and was taken to a hospital outside the city for treatment. The second person is being treated for life-threatening injuries.
The area and surroundings of the shooting are currently closed to traffic while officers investigate and process the scene.
