A former Ontario camp counselor, music instructor and personal support worker has been charged in connection with a sexual assault investigation.
Peel Regional Police say the suspect was working at “Camp Kennebec” in Arden, Ont. for 19 years, dating back to 2002. The summer house specializes in young people, adolescents and adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities.
Campers often referred to the suspect as “Rocker Sean,” police said.
He also worked as an unregistered personal support worker.
In a press release issued Friday, officials said a suspect identified as Mississauga resident 47-year-old Sean Jackson had been charged in connection with the ongoing investigation.
Jackson was first charged in April with possession of child pornography, access to child pornography, and making child pornography available.
In June he was charged with sexual assault, breach of a release order and four counts of voyeurism.
The charges have not been verified in the courts.
