Federal opposition leader Peter Dutton has unveiled his new shadow ministry, almost a week after being unopposed as the new Liberal leader.

Dutton says there are 10 women in his shadowy 24-member cabinet.
“What you’re seeing in this lineup is new faces,” Dutton said.
“We have an incredible depth of talent, not only in the front seat, but also in the back seat.
“I’m aware of trying to get people to take a chance.”
Liberal Deputy Leader Sussan Ley will take over the shadow industry’s portfolio, in addition to becoming the spokesperson for opposition women.
Former Energy Minister Angus Taylor will hold the shadow Treasury portfolio, while former Cabinet Minister Alan Tudge will be the shadow Minister of Education.
Tudge had served as Minister of Education under former Prime Minister Scott Morrison, before stepping aside pending the outcome of an investigation into his conduct during an affair with an employee.

Former Foreign Minister Marise Payne had asked Dutton not to be a member of the shadow cabinet, but said she had persuaded her to take on the role of shadow cabinet secretary.
New South Wales Liberal MP Julian Leeser becomes shadow shadow Attorney General, while Victorian Senator Sarah Henderson takes over as shadow communications minister.
Former Attorney General Michaelia Cash is moving to the workplace and labor relations, while South Australian Anne Ruston is in charge of health and care for the elderly.
