The patisserie on Torpoint Street is now on sale after the current owners decided it was time to retire. Business specialists for the sale, Daltons Business, which announces the sale, said the patisserie offered an “exceptional opportunity to secure a future in Cornwall”. The business includes a fully equipped production bakery with commercial premises, parking and a two-bedroom apartment upstairs, all for £ 249,500 as free property.
