Meghan Markle went out with the royal family for the first time since she dramatically ruined them in front of the world and Oprah Winfrey, and Piers Morgan of The Post was watching closely.
The open-ended British commentator, who has long been a vocal critic of the former “Suits” star, traveled to Twitter to share a mocking joke about Markle’s royal return, which quickly erupted online.
Morgan collected a series of viral photos showing the young Prince Louis grimacing and shouting on the balcony of Buckingham Palace, before blatantly tweeting, “Is this where Aunt Meghan arrived?”
The tweet quickly garnered over 17,000 likes, and many people praised Morgan for saying what they were thinking.
“The huge reaction to my tweet perfectly sums up the public opinion of the Duke and Duchess of Sussex,” Morgan told The Post on Friday. “Most people laughed because they are now ridiculous in the world after all their hypocritical journeys of the king hoarding money.”

Among the peanut gallery jokes on Twitter: “I like it all over the UK!” one person wrote, claiming that all the British had the same dramatic reaction to Markle.
“She was booed for joining the service. I hope she’s on Netflix,” said another, referring to the icy reception Markle and her husband Prince Harry received at an event at St. Paul’s Cathedral.
In fact, some had trouble with Morgan to highlight Markle during the Queen’s Platinum Jubilee celebrations, given her long history of criticizing her.
“Of all the things that could have been posted on a day of celebration and people coming together, you choose that. Why is there such a nasty need ?!” asked a Twitter user.
“I knew you couldn’t go 4 days without mentioning Meghan. But I thought you’d at least abstain the first day out of respect for the queen,” said another.
Markle and her husband, Prince Harry, appear in London on Friday. It was the first time Markle had seen many members of the royal family face off since his interview with Oprah Winfrey in March 2021.
Morgan and Markle were once on friendly terms, with the couple once drinking together in a British pub in 2016.
“We spent two hours in a pub, she took a couple of dirty martinis, I took a couple of pints, we got along great,” Morgan explained in 2018. “And then I put her in a taxi and it turned out “It was a taxi that took her to a party where she met Prince Harry. And the next night they had dinner alone together, and that was the last thing I heard from Meghan Markle.”

Since then, the Post columnist has been skeptical about the star’s motives and hit her after she ruined the royal family in her interview with Oprah Winfrey last year.
During that sensational session, the actress, who is biracial, accused an anonymous member of the royal family of racism, saying there were “concerns about the dark” that would be the skin of her son Archie.
He also stated that he had suicidal thoughts while living in the United Kingdom and was working as a working member of the royal family.
Morgan later rejected Markle’s claim that his mental health was suffering and infamously left the set of “Good Morning Britain” after a colleague criticized him for not believing his claims.
Morgan refused to apologize for his comments and was dropped from the top rated morning show. Since then, he has recovered with his own show, “Piers Morgan Uncensored.”
Meanwhile, Prince Louis became the bona fide star of Thursday’s Trooping of the Color event, which kicked off Queen Elizabeth II’s four-day platinum jubilee celebrations.
The 4-year-old was caught on camera making a series of exaggerated facial expressions as he joined his family on the balcony of Buckingham Palace amidst the cheers of the crowd at the mall.
