A network of burning tributes to the Queen will spread across the country on Thursday.
The Platinum Jubilee Beacons will be lit at 9:45 p.m. highest in the UK.
The first lighthouses will be lit in Tonga and Samoa in the South Pacific, and the final in the Central American country of Belize.
The main lighthouse outside the Palace, a 21-meter-tall tree sculpture for the Queen’s Green Canopy initiative, will be lit by a senior member of the royal family and images will be projected on the Palace. .

Lighting beacons to celebrate royal anniversaries, weddings and coronations is a long-standing tradition.
Fire shows can be seen on top of mountains, church and cathedral towers, castle battlements, town and village greens, farms, parks and farms, along beaches and on mountain tops. cliffs.
In 1897, beacons were lit to celebrate Queen Victoria’s Diamond Jubilee. In 1977, 2002 and 2012, the beacons commemorated the Queen’s Silver, Gold and Diamond Jubilees, and in 2016 Her Majesty’s 90th Anniversary.
Four types of beacons are lit on Thursdays:
- An autonomous headlight powered by bottle gas
