Police are looking for three men who fired fireworks at the crowd on Victory Day in Toronto

Toronto police are asking the public for help in identifying three men who fired fireworks at a crowd on Monday.

Police say at about 11:30 p.m., three men in a dark four-door BMW drove to the intersection of Queen Street East and Leslie Street.

Three men are said to have gotten out of the car and opened fireworks on the crowd, hitting several pedestrians and vehicles.

The car has an Ontario license plate that says CSNT154.

Police say the three men are wanted for assault with a weapon and possession of a weapon.
