Last Friday, the royal festivities tuned in to the coverage of the Queen’s Platinum Jubilee Thanksgiving Service at St. Paul’s Cathedral.
Fans were eager to see the ceremony for many reasons, including the time when Prince William and Prince Harry would meet in public.
But hopes were dashed for many, as the Duke and Duchess of Cambridge sat near the Duke and Duchess of Sussex.
The royal couple’s seats were on opposite sides of the cathedral, with William and Kate in the front row with Prince Charles and Camilla.
Meanwhile, Harry and Megan sat down next to their cousins Eugenie, Beatrice, with husbands Edoardo Mapelli Mozzi and Jack Brooksbank.

But before Kate and William could take a seat, royal expert Richard Kay claimed that Prince Harry would have faced “a painful 19 minutes,” the Mirror reported.
Writing for the Mail, he claimed that the layout of the seats showed the “public reality of Harry’s sliding in the royal order, marking Charles, Camilla, William and Kate as the” real stars of the show “.
“As royals who don’t work, they are now very much in the second division,” he said.
The brothers have not yet been seen together during the celebrations of the Platinum Jubilee.
However, some speculated that Kate Middleton’s dress for Thanksgiving was a subtle gesture to Harry and Meghan.
The Duchess of Cambridge looked stunning in a yellow Emilia Wickstead dress and a matching Philip Treacy hat.
