A Cushman & Wakefield spokesman said the company will appeal the decision.

“Cushman does not agree with any suggestion that the company has not exercised due diligence and good faith to comply with the Court’s order, and we will appeal that decision,” the spokesman said.

The attorney general filed a motion to compel the company to comply with the subpoenas in early April, and the motion was passed the same month.

Cushman & Wakefield provided real estate services for Trump Organization properties for many years, including appraisals and property brokerage services that have been the subject of the GA’s investigation.
