Northumberland OPP members are currently investigating a fatal collision involving a motorcycle that has County Road 30 closed in the town of Campbellford.
On Saturday, July 23, 2022, at approximately 2:00 pm, Northumberland OPP responded to a single motor vehicle collision involving a motorcycle that occurred on County Road 30 in the area of County Road 35.
- As a result of the collision, the sole driver of the motorcycle was taken to the hospital where he was pronounced dead.
County Road 30 to County Road 35 will be closed for several hours while OPP technical collision investigators conduct their investigation.
The OPP’s Traffic Collision Investigation Team came forward to investigate. The investigation is ongoing and anyone who may have witnessed the collision is asked to contact the Northumberland OPP at 1-888-310-1122.
