The Vancouver Canucks are reportedly looking for potential suitors to take on the contracts of Tanner Pearson and Jason Dickinson, according to Frank Seravalli of the Daily Faceoff.
In the latest edition of his list of the top 25 business goals, Seravalli ranked Pearson and Dickinson together on the 18th place of his list and said this:
“Spoon: [Canucks president Jim] Rutherford recently told DFO Rundown that the amount of money canucks can pull from their books will determine how big they are in the commercial and free agent market this summer. We know from Pittsburgh that Pearson is not the Rutherford type of end. You have already changed it once. Dickinson is overpaid for his production, but it will cost him assets to move him. The Canucks will work to try to find suitors for both of them. “
The two players have two years left on their current contracts, both signed by former general manager Jim Benning.
Some would say that Pearson, who will turn 30 in August, technically surpassed his $ 3.2 million success by scoring 14 goals and 20 assists in 68 games.

Dickinson, on the other hand, had a freshman year in Vancouver.
After the club changed a third-round pick for him in the offseason, Dickinson was scheduled to be the club’s third-line center, but he struggled powerfully in almost every way possible.
He could not find his game even after the change of coach in December, and ended the season with the minimums of his career in goals and assists. A change of scenery could be best for both the club and the player at this time.
