Ishi Sunak has been teased on Twitter after eagle-eyed viewers noticed a spelling mistake on his campaign banner.
The hopeful Conservative leader was involved in ConservativeHome’s tackles on Friday when the mistake was spotted.
Sunak confronted the other four candidates with a poster that contained a misspelling of the word “campaign” in the background, instead of writing it “campaign.”
People turned to social media to make fun of the chancellor for the badge.
One person wrote, “New language invented by the @RishiSunak campaign or we have to say ‘campaign.’ Pay attention to the details the next leader needs. #Campaign.”

Another posted, “As long as @RishiSunak is the polite perfectionist he just preached: the campaign is misspelled in its background!”
A third added, “Rishi Sunak may be a billionaire, but he can’t write CAMPAIGN.”
After people realized the spelling mistake, Sunak, who has launched the “Ready for Rishi” campaign to become the next leader of the Conservative Party, shed light on the mistake and went answer: “Ready for spelling correction”.
Later on Friday, the five candidates will face off in the first televised debate of the Conservative leadership race.
The 90-minute debate, led by Krishnan Guru-Murthy, will begin at 7.30pm on Channel 4.
It comes after Nadhim Zahawi, Jeremy Hunt and Suella Braverman were eliminated from the contest this week.
On Tuesday, Zahawi and Hunt were expelled from the race after failing to reach the 30-vote threshold in the first ballot.
The next day, the attorney general was also knocked out after receiving the lowest number of votes from all candidates in the second ballot.
Hopefuls Kemi Badenoch, Penny Mordaunt, Rishi Sunak, Liz Truss and Tom Tugendhat continue to compete.
The result of the winner will be announced on September 5th.
