On Friday, Ukraine, Russia, Turkey and the United Nations are expected to sign an agreement to resume Ukraine’s Black Sea grain exports. The agreement will be put in writing by the parties and signed at the Dolmabahce Palace offices at 1330 GMT, Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdoğan’s office said. Ukrainian Foreign Ministry spokesman Oleg Nikolenko added: “In short, a document can be signed that binds the parties to [ensure] safe operation of Black Sea export routes”.
