The Miami Heat desperately needed Jimmy Butler to take a step forward and the star has prevailed on the road to a 111-103 victory over the Boston Celtics in the sixth game of the Eastern Conference Finals.
Heat’s victory now means the series will go to a Game 7 that will take place in Miami.

Butler was the star of the show, scoring 47 points, as well as nine rebounds and eight assists as he approached a triple-double.

The Celtics were slow and fell 19-9 at one point in the first quarter, but again narrowed the gap to 19-14.
However, the Celtics came out for the second quarter with a bite between their teeth
cut the Heat’s lead to just two points in one stage.
Jayson Tatum and Jaylen Brown were the first stars of the Celtics, accumulating 18 points each.
Despite being the best team in the second period, the Celtics’ improved performance was not enough to steal the lead in the Heat.
The Heat extended their lead even further before the final period, thanks to a dominant third in which the attack finally took the much-needed boost.
Boston did everything they could in the fourth quarter to close out the game and had leveled the score at one point, but Butler came into the clutch with a few vital points at the end of the game to get the Heat back in the lead.
Both teams have given the ball an alarming number of times in the game, with the Heat giving up the ball 19 times and the Celtics 18 times.
The series will conclude in Game 7 on Monday.
