They have disbursed thousands of people creating their extensive Suffolk estate.

And now Ed Sheeran, 31, and his wife Cherry Seaborn, 30, have splashed out on a beach getaway.

The couple has spent £ 650,000 on a railway wagon converted into a strip of arid land on the south coast of England.

The two-bedroom house was bought under the name Miss Seaborn late last year, months before the couple’s second daughter was born.

Ed Sheeran and his wife Cheery Seaborn have spent £ 650,000 on a railway wagon converted into a strip of arid land on the south coast of England.

The 29-year-old musician has spent the past six years expanding his extensive East Suffolk estate, which has been christened Sheeranville and includes five houses, an orchard, football field, outdoor kitchen, drinking and a entertainment area.

The centerpiece is an original 1880s railroad car from the old Southern Railway that is surrounded by a modern extension at the front and rear in accordance with local planning restrictions.

The carriage is an open-plan living space and is located next to a compact kitchen and dining area with sliding glass doors leading to a small garden overlooking the canal.

Other features include a wood-burning burner, while some areas of the property have underfloor heating.

The couple is surrounded by a handful of neighboring hostels, local services and a pub.

The remote and tidy landscape could turn out to be the perfect getaway for the notoriously private couple and a welcome break for Sheeran, who is currently on a world tour that will take him around Europe, Australia and New Zealand.

He recently finished a series of five shows at Wembley Stadium.

His latest purchase is in addition to the £ 3.7 million Suffolk estate, called Sheeranville, which he first bought in 2012.

The award-winning artist has gradually amassed five properties on the land, as well as a football pitch, a vegetable garden, an outdoor kitchen, a leisure area and a ‘wildlife pond’, which has been the subject of complaints in the last few years.

He shares the estate with Miss Seaborn and her daughters Lyra, one, and Jupiter, whose birth was announced in May.
