During the second day of the Star Wars celebration event over the weekend, we took a first look at the sequel to Jedi: Fallen Order, called Jedi: Survivor. It is expected to be released in 2023 for PS5, Xbox Series X / S and PC.
Cal Kestis, who turns out to be the least interesting Jedi in the galaxy (especially when Cere Junda is right there), has returned, kicking the space fascist ass with the help of his extremely friendly droid aide BD-1. The Jedi: Fallen Order series follows Cal as he works to rebuild the Jedi after the infamous Order 66. The sequel takes place five years after the original game and is once again described as an “action and adventure game in the third person, based on narrative. ”Director Stig Asmussen says the sequel will also include some next-generation features, most notably the support for faster ray tracing and charging times.
The sequel to the best game for an EA player of the last five years was announced in January along with two other new Star Wars games that will be released by the developer of Titanfall 2 Respawn Entertainment.
