Winnipeg police have arrested him on two separate stab wounds, including one that happened at a party in Charleswood.
A 19-year-old man has been charged with aggravated assault and was released at a company related to the stabbing of an 18-year-old man in Charleswood, police said in a press release.
The 18-year-old was rushed to critical condition hospital on July 9 after being stabbed several times in a wooded area during a forest party.
Police headed to the Wilkes Avenue and Community Row area shortly after 12:30 p.m., after receiving reports that he had just been stabbed.
At first, officers found no one, but after driving some distance down Community Row, they found a group of teenagers who marked them and told them that their friend had just been stabbed.
Police found the young man stabbed with serious injuries in a wooded and muddy area a mile from the road.
Officers provided emergency medical care, such as bandages and chest seals, until paramedics and firefighters arrived. They then carried the victim on a soft stretcher out of the bush.
The 18-year-old was later upgraded to hospital in stable condition.
Police later identified a 19-year-old suspect and arrested him on Monday.
In another case, the 14- and 16-year-old boys were charged Monday with stabbing a 51-year-old man on Arlington Street, between Portage Avenue and St. Louis. Matthews Avenue.
A pedestrian saw the man being stabbed by several young men, who ran out at around 9.30pm.
Investigators believe the man was walking around the area and confronted the group, who tried to rob him, police said in a press release.
Officers found the injured man and gave him emergency medical attention, including the use of a chest seal, a large dressing used to prevent air from escaping from a wound penetrating the pit.
Paramedics took the man to the hospital in an unstable state, and he was later upgraded to a stable state.
The two suspects, boys aged 14 and 16, were arrested nearby, and one of them was caught with a knife, police said.
Both are charged with multiple offenses such as robbery, assault with a weapon and possession of a weapon.
The 14-year-old is also charged with six counts of non-compliance with a sentence, three counts of non-compliance with a release order and theft of a vehicle.
The two teenagers are under arrest.

Police are also investigating a Broadway stabbing between Sherbrook Street and Spence Street.
A 44-year-old man was seriously injured around 8:21 p.m.
Officers provided emergency medical care until paramedics arrived, who transported the man to the hospital in an unstable state. It was later upgraded to stable.
