Robb Elementary School teacher who opened an outside door that law enforcement said a gunman used to enter and kill 19 students and two teachers had closed the door but did not close it, state police said Tuesday .
Investigators initially said the teacher had opened the door with a stone and did not remove it until Salvador Ramos, 18, entered the school in Uvalde, Texas, on May 24. Considine said the teacher initially opened the door but ran back to pick up her phone and call 911 when Ramos crashed her truck.
