The Bulldogs have recorded their first consecutive victories since 2019 after beating the Tigers 36-6.
The Bulldogs hit first through hooker Jeremy Marshall-King, but it wasn’t long before the Tigers responded.
However, this was the only attempt by the Tigers until the final minute.
The Bulldogs racked up a total of six tries, including a double to Jake Averillo, a 90-yard interception try to Aaron Schoupp and a fine four to rookie Kurtis Morrin.
The Tigers got a consolation test with James Tamou going under the posts less than a minute before the end.
Neither side escaped unscathed. Alex Twal suffered a head injury, Starford To’A suffered an ankle injury and Morrin came out with a shoulder injury shortly after his attempt.

PARTY FORECAST
The Bulldogs have a chance to record consecutive wins for the first time since 2019, when they face the Tigers on Sunday at CommBank Stadium.
Meanwhile, the Tigers welcome fan favorite Adam Doueihi from an LCA injury in what will be his first game of the season.
The Dogs are getting their best win in years, putting the contenders in 34th place in first place, the Eels, while the Tigers made it 30 Manly last week.
Interim coach Mick Potter has only made one minor change in his 17 wins. Chris Patolo is sidelined after suffering a head injury last week, which has opened the door for young gunman Kurtis Morrin to make his LRL debut from the bench.
As for the Tigers, Brent Naden is down after a four-game penalty for a dangerous entry with Asu Kepaoa replacing him in the centers.
Luciano Leilua is no longer part of the Tigers after getting an immediate release during the week to join the Cowboys. Kelma Tuilagai comes on to replace him.
Jock Madden loses a place in the 17th with the versatile Nu Brown winning a record.
