The special Genshin Impact 2.8 program has brought us a special Sumeru trailer showing the rainforests and structures of the locality along with highly anticipated details about the new Genshin Impact location. One of the seven regions of Teyvat, players have been eagerly awaiting the opportunity to visit Sumeru and meet all the new Genshin Impact characters who have been coming from there for a while, and it looks like the opportunity is approaching.
The new teaser shows just a small snippet of Sumeru, with lush rainforests, mountainous areas covered in vegetation, giant flowers and some of the area’s magnificent structures, which include some luxurious glass. The eagle eye could even see a brief glimpse of what appears to be the desert region of Sumeru at the bottom of the closure plan.
Players of the free game Hoyoverse may have already met several Sumeru NPCs during their adventure, but the opportunity to travel there will likely come with Genshin Impact 3.0. It is rumored that several Sumeru characters will come alongside the arrival of the region, including Collei, who is believed to be one of the first playable Dendro characters in Genshin Impact.
