FALMOUTH, Massachusetts – Police have opened an investigation after a person died Saturday in an accident in Cape Cod.
According to the Falmouth Police Department, officers who responded to a report of an erratic driver on the Seacoast Shores Boulevard area in Falmouth around 12:30 p.m. against a tree near Edgewater Drive.
The driver, whose name has not been released, succumbed to his injuries at Falmouth Hospital.
State police are assisting Falmouth police with the investigation.
