The A-Leagues have released the fixtures for the 2022/23 Isuzu UTE A-League Men’s season with Melbourne Victory kicking off their campaign at Sydney FC.
The win will open the Allianz Stadium, four-and-a-half years after they closed the stadium with their famous semi-final victory over the Sky Blues, on Saturday 8 October ahead of our first home game of the season on Saturday 15 October against Western Sydney.
Tony Popovic’s side will have 13 home games in total this season, including two AAMI Park Melbourne derbies against City on Saturday 22 October and Saturday 18 February, the U-NITE match with Sydney FC on Thursday 26 January and Labor Day Monday against Western United. .
A busy Christmas period will see us stay in Melbourne with the Christmas Derby ‘away’ against City on Saturday 17th December and Christmas Day ‘away’ against Western United, with both games at AAMI Park.
The fixture will include a World Cup break from November 13 to December 9, as well as a FIFA International break from March 20 to 29.
