Greg Lynn, 55, has been confronted in Sale Magistrates’ Court via a video link from Melbourne Evaluation Prison, where he has been detained for the past six months.
Lynn, who was wearing a blue top and glasses, looked calm and spoke only briefly to confirm that she could hear the magistrate at the hearing this afternoon.
Her lawyer called for a lengthy adjournment for Lynn’s case, saying the defense team had only received police exposures in digital format and that Lynn had not had access to a computer in prison.
Magistrate Tim Walsh agreed to postpone the case until August 23.
Lynn did not seek bail.
