The last season of Fortnite has ended with the first big live event of the year, as the heroes of the island of the battle royale intended to put an end to the evil faction of the Imaginary Order forever.
From the event, players first met in groups of up to four people inside the Fortnite bear mech. Here, you can watch from its bridge and see an unfamiliar landscape – an icy moon orbiting the main island of Fortnite – and play with turrets as you listen to a short audio talk between the heroes Jones (Troy Baker), The Origin ( Rahul Kohli). ) and The Foundation (Dwayne “The Rock” Johnson).
With a minute to go, a mission briefing finally re-introduced the pilot of The Paradigm Deck and put the bets into play: the evil IOs were ready to detonate a superweapon capable of killing everyone, and it depended on you inside the guy to stop it. . (It doesn’t matter if this is your goal in every battle royale game.) So we set off, out into space, through an asteroid field and into our best view of Fortnite Floating Island. by the multiverse yet.
The live Fortnite: Collision event tonight in full.
Landing on Fortnite Island, the mech received heavy fire from IO tanks and the dreaded Fortnite mechs, and a powerful HQ explosion from the IO mole. The heroic mech bear responded, opening a superweapon proper to his chest. Everything seemed to be going well until the IO airships appeared, and then it was the turn of the fan favorite, Peely, to spend and save the day with a can of spinach like Popeye spinach full of healing slurp. to restore the mechanic and restart it. his office.
Still, things weren’t easy. Just as the mech was about to cut the IO superweapon with a lightsaber, the landmines sank it underground, and the game changed from a first-person turret shot to a third-person action. In a superweapon hole, the head of the IO, Dr. Slone, who had been causing trouble to players for at least a year, sat between you and your target. With the help of Jones and the Foundation, you distracted Slone while the mech seemed to end Slone forever (finally!) With a nice punch.
But there is always a bigger fish. Geno, first tested more than a year ago, and apparently the founder of the IO, is glimpsed through a zero-point silhouette spanning the multiverse. (So was Star Wars Darth Vader, who looks very likely to be an unlockable skin next season.) The event ended when Jones and the Foundation head after Geno and share a good punch, after his many adventures last year.
The Foundation and Jones take a look at Geno.
All of this leads to Fortnite’s current “To Be Continued …” screen, which is based on a photo of some alien-looking mushrooms while low-fidelity background music is playing.
Fortnite is expected to return in line with Chapter 3 of Season 3 sometime later today (Sunday, June 5). Epic Games has already started teasing some of its “vibrant” skins.

For my money, this was one of the best Fortnite events in history, collecting the stories of many of the main characters in the last year of the game. He feared that the bets could mean that at least one of the heroes would not succeed, although he expected a more conclusive end for Slone and the IO. We’ll have to see how things shake up next season.
