Titans skipper and Queensland striker Tino Fa’asuamaleaui has escaped before the NRL party review committee after being denounced for a chicken wing tackle on Tabbita Tatola of the Rabbitohs.
The game had been on for 73 minutes when Fa’asuamaleaui broke through on the right, upping the score for fc to 0 – 5, much to the home crowd’s dismay.
The Titans captain seemed to stick his arm inside Tatola’s before crawling back behind his torso.

Referee Adam Gee immediately stopped the game to award a penalty to the Rabbitohs and after consulting with bunker officer Chris Butler, placed Fa’asuamaleaui on report.
The decision not to charge Fa’asuamaleaui should surprise many fans and experts after the efforts of the competition to eliminate this dirty game from the competition.

In addition, Fa’asuamaleaui was not the only Queenslander in hot water, as Felise Kaufusi also escaped suspension after the party’s review committee punished her with a $ 1800 fine ( early plea) for dangerous contact with young Roosters Sam Walker.
Now that no charges have been filed against the Titans skipper, he will be eligible for the Origin II selection, where the Maroons will be eager to claim the series.
