Found in Ocean Grove, the Rolling Pin Pies & Cakes winning cake cake contains three types of mushrooms, herbs and a truffle filling wrapped in pastry crust.
The competition is the only industry-recognized national cake and cake competition, organized by the Baking Association of Australia.
This is the second year in a row that the Rolling Pin Pies & Cakes bakery has won the top prize.
Last year, the team took first place with its combination of surfing and turf.
