Nothing has just released a new backstage video on Nothing Phone (1), but unfortunately all the interesting stuff has been blurred.
I won’t spoil the video given its vlog-like nature and the fact that it’s a nice watch, but I’ll say that because of the size of the blurry object in Carl Pei’s hand, I expect the Nothing Phone (1) to be large.
It could even be as big as the OnePlus 10 Pro, but still thin. At the end of the presentation, there is even a large picture of what is supposed to be the phone in Pei’s hand without blurring. That said, the quality mixed with the black and white nature of the vlog makes it difficult to distinguish the details.

If you line it up with all the subtle design elements the company has shown, it starts to look like a really exciting device. On June 13, the company showed the top edge of the device and the sides next to some images of parrots. Nothing followed YouTube’s top tech creators on Twitter during this time, suggesting that your device is nearing release and is aiming to make videos with YouTube’s top tech creators.
There’s nothing holding an event on July 12th and we look forward to seeing the whole phone. You can watch the full video below:
