There is smart, then there is 100% smart. He meets a Brampton high school student who reached 12th grade

Getting an average score of 100 percent is not an easy achievement, but this Brampton, Ont. the high school graduate did just that.

David Zhuang graduated Wednesday from Harold M. Brathwaite High School, with a perfect score of 100 percent in his six major subjects: English, calculus, advanced functions, chemistry, biology and business management.

“I think this mindset of really enjoying what was being taught has really motivated me to learn more and be successful in school,” Zhuang said.

Zhuang will study computer science at the University of Waterloo this fall.

CBC Toronto attended its graduation ceremony to learn more about its achievements and what its plans are for the future.
