These are the discontinued credits offered by Rogers brands and distributors

Following the disruption of the Rogers network on July 8 nationwide, the company promised to credit customers with the equivalent of two days of service. Rogers later increased this to a credit for five days of service.

However, the disruption of Rogers’ network affected Rogers more than ever, so some will wonder what credits, if any, will come from their provider, whether it’s a secondary brand or a a distributor.

But before you get into it, it’s worth noting that it doesn’t matter if you subscribe directly to Rogers or get services from another company, keep in mind the scams related to invoice credits. So far, everyone who has offered a loan has said they will apply for it automatically. If you receive a text message or email asking you to do something to get credit, such as clicking on a link, don’t.

Anyway, let’s get into it.

Oxio

Update 7/14/2022 at 7:45 PM ET: Oxio confirmed to MobileSyrup that it now offers customers a five-day credit to match Rogers:

“Following Rogers’ latest announcement of offering a 5-day prorated credit to its customers, we worked hard (especially our developers) to change the credit process that was already underway to increase our 2-day compensation in 5 days (still pro -classified) .We hope to get compensation from Rogers and we are working in that direction. You just need to know that if we receive any additional compensation, you will get it back directly! Like the first credit, you should see ‘ l on one of the following two invoices.

So far, this is just a short list of vendors. MobileSyrup has contacted a few others, but has not received a response prior to posting; the story will be updated with additional information as it becomes available. If you have heard from a provider about Rogers interruption credits, please let us know below.
