The Duke and Duchess of Sussex returned to Harry’s home country to take part in the historic royal event earlier this month. Express.co.uk readers have commented on the possible new interview opportunity for the couple.
Following the couple’s controversial return to the UK, royal expert Neil Sean claimed the couple had been offered TV deals.
Speaking on his YouTube channel, Mr Sean stated: “All TV stations around the world are looking to put together specials on the Platinum Jubilee, especially for their New Year’s Eve stuff.
“American networks are eager to sit down with Harry and Meghan to learn about what have been spectacular years.
“I have been told that Australian television is also interested, above all, in all major media now.
“When you think about it, it could be a big salary deal for Harry and Meghan.”
The revelation has provoked a strong reaction from royal fans online.
One user, polly53, asked what he would talk about in an interview, as the couple was not included in many of the day’s events.
Commenting online, they asked, “What are they talking about, have they lost 99%?”

However, not everyone reacted negatively to the news, as one user described the couple as “consistent” and said Meghan is a “wonderful person”.
It comes after the Duchess of Sussex left a “charming voice message” for volunteers at a Grenfell community kitchen on the fifth anniversary of the tragic incident.
Meghan asked The Hubb Community Kitchen volunteers how they were and asked about their children and families.
Volunteers described her as “reflective” as in a post, the group said the duchess “was just her beautiful self”.
