Toronto Pearson Airport gives a “progress update” on the status of the travel center Friday morning.
The update will be provided by Greater Toronto Airports Authority (GTAA) President and CEO Deborah Flint at 10 a.m.
Almost a month ago, the GTAA said the chronic delays that have plagued the airport this summer were “improving.”
But just a week later, the airport was ranked as the worst in the world for flight delays.
Since then, Pearson has introduced a new feature to save time while traveling. The ArriveCAN app now has an early declaration option that allows people to submit their customs and immigration forms up to 72 hours before arrival.
Pearson’s press conference will be streamed live on CP24.com.
