Police said a group of men were in the 17 Shoreham Court car park on the afternoon of May 23 when another group of men approached them.
Members of both groups pulled out their firearms and fired several times, police said.
The two groups later fled the scene.
On Friday, police identified one of the alleged shooters as 28-year-old Miguel Penny.
