There have been reports of a collision in St Columb this afternoon. There was a traffic queue from Trekenning Road (St Columb) to Newquay Road (Trekenning).
The Inrix Traffic and Displacement Control System first reported the incident around 2:40 p.m. today (Sunday, June 26). He claimed that the A3059 was blocked in both directions as a result of an incident involving a vehicle and a pedestrian.
Inrix reported, “A3059 blocked in both directions, queuing for traffic due to an accident, a vehicle and a pedestrian involved from Trekenning Road (St Columb) to Newquay Road (Trekenning).”
Devon and Cornwall police were contacted for comment.
