A Sudbury resident has been charged after he was left behind in Blind River while traveling in the area.
Ontario Provincial Police responded to a call at approximately 6 a.m. Thursday after receiving a report that a person was left behind and was in a local coffee shop.
Police say further investigation determined the person had no money, phone or way to get home to Sudbury.
The individual was subsequently arrested for breaching the curfew and weapons conditions.
Vincent Brooks, 18, of Sudbury faces two counts of failing to comply with a release order, other than attending court, contrary to section 145 (5) (a) of the Criminal Code .
