Two gunmen stole SUVs from Brampton Road: Police

An SUV was stolen from a road in Brampton on Thursday evening by two gunmen, Peel police said.

The car theft took place in the Bramalea Road and Williams Parkway area shortly before 10:30 p.m.

Police said two men with a gun approached a person on their sidewalk and grabbed their black Honda CRV.

The vehicle has a registration number CDMJ 238.

Police said no one was physically injured in the incident.

If anyone sees the vehicle, they are asked to contact the police at 905-453-3311.

This is the latest incident in a series of recent car thefts in the Greater Toronto Area.

Between Wednesday evening and early Thursday morning, Toronto and Durham police responded to six car thefts.
