Two people are in the hospital after an overnight shooting at a Vaughan salon.
It happened around 2.30am on Langstaff Road, east of Weston Road.
Two men were shot inside the 2020 Restaurant and Lounge on the plaza, York Regional Police said. Both had gunshot wounds and were taken to the hospital with non-life threatening injuries.
Surveillance footage from the area seen by CP24 shows dozens of customers leaving the scene after the shooting, some of them running and stumbling.
It’s still unclear what led to the shooting.
Detectives are still trying to find more surveillance video and will scour the area today. They are asking anyone with information to contact investigators.
There is no information on possible suspects at this time.
