A UK ticket holder has claimed the biggest prize of £ 195 million after Tuesday’s EuroMillions draw, Camelot said.
The £ 195,707,000 jackpot reached its limit after no one won first prize in the draw on Friday night.
The claim will be subject to a series of checks to ensure its validity before paying the unexpected collection.
Camelot said no information will be released on whether the claimant is an individual winner or a union, or where the ticket was purchased, unless the ticket holder decides to make it public.
Andy Carter, senior advisor to Camelot winners in the National Lottery, said, “This is absolutely amazing news.”
The winning numbers were 06, 23, 37, 40, 41 and the Lucky Stars on 02 and 12.
Only 15 people in the UK have ever earned more than £ 100 million, putting the latest winners in elite company.
What can you buy for £ 195.7 million?
Not surprisingly, £ 195.7 million goes a long way.
Despite the sharp rise in property prices this year, earnings will still be 696 respectable homes, according to the latest average.
Or how about a private jet?
This lucky winner will be able to carry three friends flying in style, all on separate planes with four Gulfstream G550 aircraft.
The large number would also buy 23 Pisces-VI submarines, the Southampton Football Club or a London Mayfair townhouse, with a steam bath and a plunge pool, a movie theater and a fully equipped chef’s kitchen.
It also means they would be richer than Adele (worth £ 150 million).
Tuesday’s lucky ticket holder will also surpass previous records Joe and Jess Thwaite, a Gloucester pair, who revealed their identities after winning £ 184 million at the EuroMillions in May.
