Ukraine War: ‘Let’s hope nothing happens’ – Grain Ship Crew

The first ship carrying grain has left a Ukrainian port under an agreement with Russia.

Turkish and Ukrainian officials say the ship, the Razoni, left the southern port of Odesa early Monday morning local time.

Russia has been blocking Ukrainian ports since February, but the two sides agreed to a deal to resume shipments.

Abdullah Jendi, an engineer on board the Razoni, said: “We hope nothing happens and we don’t make any mistakes.”
